Do you know about an amazing man named Jason Halpern? He is a real estate investor and developer who is mostly in the state of New York. The 42 year-old began his career around the 1980’s along with his father. He always looked up to his father Joel and knew that one day he would make his father proud and would later follow into his footsteps. His hard work and diligence paid off which made Halpern triumphantly became head of the family-owned business JMH Development in 2010. The company impressively has around $500 million dollars invested in their extraordinary and innovating projects in the New York area.
Halpern and his company JMH Development strive to construct buildings in the entire state of New York and the surrounding areas and people see that when they look upon their astonishing buildings for the purposes of selling, renting, or leasing them. The company always pioneers in the creation of unique and well placed properties in high specific desirable markets such as Manhattan, Brooklyn and occasionally Miami Beach down in Florida. These types of buildings include general luxury apartments, hotels, beach and town houses. Halpern also helps to reconstruct and redesign old buildings that might face demolition. One such example is a warehouse that was constructed in 1913 in Brooklyn, New York. This warehouse was part of the Austin Nichols Company which housed goods such as food, supplies, and equipment. Thanks to Halpern, the warehouse now is being reconstructed as a luxurious apartment rental which includes parking and a marvelous gym, in which the price will skyrocket because of the features it will demonstrate.
In honor of his father, Halpern put some of his own skills, resources and money to which he had gratefully constructed the Joel A. Halpern Trauma Center at the Westchester Medical Hospital. This amazing center has skilled doctors deal with many different types of trauma’s including heart patients, burn victims, severe wounds or anything else that needs urgent treatment and care. The purpose of the center was to accelerate healthcare and to make sure that no patient has to wait in order receive help.
